Detailed Problem Description
(Include Screen Shots if required )An EDI order for Footlocker on Sap (order number 2815556) that came in pre Xmas, got confirmed on delivery date of 18/01. Didn’t receive a call off for this order until Friday just gone, so just checked the order to confirm it was still going to be available for 18/01 to inform Footlocker and the system showed that all 1000pcs would be available.
But today it is showing that 763pcs will be available for 18/01 and 237pcs will not be available until 18/02. Checked the change log and can see that BATCHUSER made changes on 09/01, changing the confirmed quantity.
Solution Analysis and Recommendations
(Include Screen Shots if required)1. The SO 2815556 is created on 12/17/2015 and the material 10531941 with qty 1000 for size OSFA with the requested Del date as 01/04/2016.
2. The 1000 Qty stock got confirmed on 02/01/2016 on the SO created date.
3. The rescheduling job that is ran on 12/19/2015 has changed the delivery dates by confirming 763 EA on 01/18/2016 and remaining 237 EA on 02/01/2016.
4. This is due to the change in delivery dates in the PO for the material. Below are the findings from the PO's that might have impacted the change in delivery dates in the SO.
